Be welcomed by our guide and chef at your hotel.
Start your day by visiting the market, a chance to see the noisy atmosphere of the lively shops as well as to directly contact sellers on site. You will also learn trading tips in Vietnam. Especially, the chef will introduce to you the ingredients for your cooking class.
Keep moving to Cam Thanh Fishing Village in Hoi An. Stop at the old cemetery dotted by houses built with the leaves of water palms loaded on the boat. Enjoy beautiful views of Vietnam's countryside and meeting with many friendly locals.
You will have chance to learn to drive a "boat-basket", a bamboo boat in the shape of a round basket, accompanied by a show of the race in this means of transport.
Practice the traditional technique of local fishermen to catch fish by an iron rod and a special net, enjoy your fishing time.
Walk in bamboo basket through these small and beautiful canals, through the forest of coconut trees pushed together. Having a coconut water taste and you will be given conical hats as a souvenir by our travel team.
Continue the boat-cart ride to reach Ba Tran Local Restaurant where you will participate in a cooking class with your chef in 2 hours. You will learn about the secrets of cooking Vietnamese and valuable information on their cooking style.
